Reliable just finished installing hurricane impact windows and french doors throughout my house. I would rate them a 5-plus. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Reliable. First impression was with sales person Ivan. He was incredibly knowledgeable and sincere. Even though the price came in slightly higher than competitors, I was so impressed by Ivan that I decided to go with them. Best decision I ever made. The foreman Ernst, and the team working with Eddie were terrific. They were efficient and detail oriented. Moved furniture, put up screens to protect from dust, then moved everything back to its proper place and left each area spotlessly clean before heading out each day. Everything looks fantastic. Every concern and request was promptly addressed. Building Dept inspection was smooth as silk. I cant recommend highly enough!!! They made this daunting task an absolute dream. Great company to do business with!

We are very happy with our new windows and doors and the entire team from Reliable. From the beginning of the project, Ivan handled the sales and estimate tasks and answered our questions. He helped us work through options and get to the final configuration for our house. Alex and the installation team did an outstanding job with removing the old windows and doors, installing the new ones, and keeping the openings blocked off to minimize dust in the house. Austin served as project manager through out the project. He kept things moving and us informed. The office personnel were great with communications. I have been in business for over 40 years. I’ve never met anyone more honest, capable and responsive than the representatives from this company. After a nightmare experience with Oliveri Doors and Windows — WPB, a lawsuit, over $70k in legal fees and months of delays to recover our $360,000 deposit, Reliable restored my faith in humanity. Oby, the owner, initially talked to me while he was on vacation with his wife for 30 minutes. We subsequently made a deal and his firm worked conscientiously to deliver shop drawings that we were able to approve within 3 months! Reliable delivered beautiful Fleetwood sliding doors; on time; on budget and we couldn’t be more satisfied! My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner and have them do my entire window and door package. If you are seriously considering Reliable, I’ve offered Oby to make my home available to view our Fleetwood doors. Oby has my digits if you’d like to speak further

I had a really tough door (3) replacement in my house. I received several quotes and there was a wide variety. I ended up going with Reliable and I am so glad that I did. They were so professional, the doors are absolutely beautiful and the price was reasonable (all of them are expensive but Reliable is a very good value for the price at least). I will use them for any impact doors and windows. Great people, great product, great job!
